(1) If bird flu infection occurs in the territory of Nepal located in the international border area of ​​Nepal, the director general of the department shall immediately inform the corresponding officer of the country bordering such infected area.
(2) If the official body of the concerned country makes a written request to the Government of Nepal for the control of bird flu when bird flu occurs in the foreign territory connected with the international border of Nepal, the Government of Nepal may cooperate and coordinate for the control of bird flu according to the requirements of this regulation.
